Just signed up for your site. love rusted. I've played command and conquer since the beginning and this game reminds me of the good old days. Anyway, is it possible to get an ip for direct connect over WiFi that isn't a LAN connect? I like to play with one of my buddies and I much rather play on my tablet but I'm restricted to my phone because I need to be on 4g to play long distance games. if there is not an option for this is it possible to add a way?

Just letting you know this is the wrong area for rusted warfare.

Sounds like you want to host a game over wifi, the main thing you have to do is setup a port forward to your tablet's local ip. Have a look here: http://www.wikihow.com/Set-Up-Port-Forw ... n-a-Router
If you are using the new version of the game, when the NAT is setup right the game should say <OPEN> at the top (instead of <CLOSED>) when you start hosting a game.

The idea of contributing with new gadgets is also quite good. I will play the later levels to know what exists and will try to contribute some ideas.
