Rebalance of sea units?

Hello, i have suggestion to kake serious balance changes in sea units, there are some weak units like water probe and t1 sub which deals low damage, also battleships are probably too strong, same stands for rocket ship which can easily hit n run all t1 subs (and it has weak air attack). Heavy battleship need some buff too
