HQ building / Soldiers Mod question

Hello people, I need the opinion of you about the size of the HQ of my mod, I'm trying to get everything balanced to the size of the soldiers. Looks good or not? thanks.

You should make the HQ more 'war torn' since it's in the middle of a battlefield. Plus, some flags and banners would look nice on it. The HQ looks really great :)
