Repair/Reclaim effect issues

There are some problems when it comes to the repair/reclaim effects and how they interact with their targets. While it's a decent placeholder to spawn effects at the target and ignore the main repair/reclaim effect so that it doesn't look off or go far beyond where it should be going, it would be nice to implement a form of effect that could be gravitated towards a unit or anchor which would allow said effect to travel on its own towards specific entities.

This would I suppose fix the issues?

Right now it's a static effect which, when using "yOffsetRelative" can go way beyond the target in specific, giving the appearance that it could be effecting multiple enemies that could be in a line of sight, tricking anyone that uses it at first glance. I'd like to suggest an addition to effects in general that would allow them to stick to their target rather than go beyond them when they reach a supposed target of the parent
