What do i need to do to open ports on my tablet?

download app called port forwarder from the google play store, then, using this app you can connect your internet DIRECTLY to the other user. the other user must have a game in the battle room, and they must give you their mobile IP address. that way, you will be 100% sync with them, there will not be much lag, if any because you ail be connected to each other, therefore enhancing your ping/ sync. if your ping is below 500, you are either using much of your data (not likely, won't happen very much) or you have a weak connection. if you are having the second option, then you need to download a wifi power app from the store. that way, you will be able to get a high connection. (same result as ping enhancing)
