BUG: beta servers - seem to not reset after game is won

The beta servers seem to not reset after game is won. I have noticed this over the last several weeks, and it still seems to happen. I know that players (who do not immediately log out after the game as one) can keep the game running for a limited time (a few min's or so). But, the servers seem to take longer to reset. And as a beta player, I can't connect to previous version servers. Since there is a limited number of beta servers (4), when a couple are stuck, it really cuts into the playability. And there is no obvious way to exit beta testing.
